It is disappointing to note that the cleanliness of the towels could be improved.

The breakfast was satisfying and the lobby is spacious. the hotel is located in a prime spot for shopping and tourist attraction. the hotel offers clean and tidy rooms with a comfortable atmosphere.
We had to call reception and housekeeping multiple times to get a bath mat, but unfortunately, we did not get any response. It was also disappointing to find mold in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic time at this place. The location was perfect for shopping, with popular stores just a short distance away. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We especially loved the spacious and cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the electric kettle was very convenient for making a quick cup of tea. The television and AM/FM alarm clock added to our overall comfort, and the flat-screen TV provided a great entertainment option. The parquet flooring gave the room a luxurious feel, and the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for indulging in delicious meals and drinks. The staff at this hotel were attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. The free WiFi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. we highly recommend this place.
